Why do you believe Governor Shapiro has done a work around the General Assembly and implemented automatic voter registration?

Governor Shapiro is trying to streamline the process and create more safe and secure elections.
Governor Shapiro knows this will open the door for the possibility of more voter fraud by registering those who don’t want to vote, but whose names appear on the voter registration list.
Shapiro can’t read the PA Constitution which give the General Assembly authority to change voter registration laws.
Not sure.
