PA was one of a few states to implement SEL and only with a $5000 grant from CASEL. Legislators knew nothing at about it. No hearings were held everyone was and continues to be left in the dark.

Due to the misinterpretation of policy by some military officers, there needs to be a clarification of the Trump/Mattis Transgender Policy making it very clear that those who identify as transgender must live as their biological sex both on and off duty/on and off base. When someone is in the military they are not your own – historically, military regulations regarding personal behavior applied 24/7.
