In response to the increasing evidence that one party in particular is the party of killing babies, even those about to be born or even those who have already been born, Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse has introduced S 311. The bill would prohibit a health care practitioner from failing to exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion. A roll call vote is planned for the late afternoon of Monday, February 25th.

The deadline for paper petitions opposing the establishment of Planned Parenthood partner AccessMatters “health resource centers/clinics’ in the four Venango County school districts has been extended to March 7th. Please mail back to AFA of PA, P.O. Box 1048, Franklin, PA 16323 by that date.
We also have now placed online petitions for each of the districts and have created one to thank the Valley Grove school board for doing the right thing by saying ‘no’ to AccessMatters on February 11th.
