The Equality Act is simply a bill that would strip all Americans of their constitutionally protected religious speech by elevating “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the same protected class as “race.” It would force all “public accommodations” to open their bathrooms, locker rooms and fitting rooms to men who think they are women. Our religious liberty would be lost. Our right to privacy would be gone. All Americans would be forced to comply/ to embrace/ to affirm the LGBT delusion or face the legal ramifications for non-compliance!
