Action Alert – This State Rep Must Go
State Representative Brian Sims should resign because of his willingness to harass and verbally attack those he does not agree with. He is a disgrace to not only the PA legislature, but the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His recent video is not an apology, and definitely not a promise that he will change. Brian Sims needs to find another job!

Action Alert – Dangerous Merit Selection of Judges Up for Vote
The effort to take away voters’ rights to choose judges in PA is on the line. HB 111 is a constitutional amendment that would radically change the way judges are chosen and the voters would have no say in the process. Voters should make that decision, not a commission drawn up by the governor and legislators.
