Attorney General Jeff Sessions has withdrawn the Obama Administration’s appeal of Judge O’Connor’s nationwide injunction forbidding the implementation of last year’s directive to schools to open the girls’ bathrooms, locker and shower facilities to boys who think they are girls and vice versa. The Human Rights Campaign has mounted an effort to intimidate the current administration to reinstate the appeal.
