President Obama has nominated another activist judge, Dale Drozd, to be a District Judge for the Eastern District of California. As the Constitution states, this nomination must be confirmed by the US Senate.

So . . . is there a real effort to defund Planned Parenthood for one year as an investigation into the role the abortion provider has played in the sale of body parts from aborted babies or is this all just a game being played so our Reps and Senators can say, “Well, we tried to defund Planned Parenthood, but . . . . Oh, and make sure you vote for us because we tried. ”
The US Senate is poised to vote on HR 36 – the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. The primary sponsor of the bill is Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ). It passed in the house on May 13 by a vote of 242-184.
