And it sets the stage for gay marriage nationwide.” This is outrageous! Seventy-six percent of voters in Oklahoma said, “We want marriage to only be between one man and one woman.” Yet, the judicial oligarchy we now live under said, “TOUGH!” And still silence from the “conservatives” in Congress! Although House Speaker John Boehner is out campaigning for openly homosexual Republican House candidates who support same-sex “marriage”!

News Release – Inne at the Abingtons Wins in Lawsuit

In July the Inne at the Abingtons did not permit the booking of a same-sex so-called wedding at their facility citing the owners religious beliefs as the reason. A social media firestorm ensued, leading to one heterosexual couple cancelling their event and demanding a refund of the non-refundable deposit and further demanding three times that amount for ‘damages.’ The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide advocate for religious liberty, asserted at the time that the resulting lawsuit was the true reason for the push for passage of SB and HB 300, which would add “sexual orientation and gender identity or expression” to the PA Human Relations Act.

PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane recently signed onto an amicus brief saying the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals was correct in overturning Utah’s Marriage Protection Amendment, arguing the Supreme Court should make that standard apply across the country. This brief was signed by attorneys general representing some of the most liberal states in the nation: Massachusetts, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont and Washington State. By her signature Kathleen Kane is saying the majority of Pennsylvanians are okay with the legalization of so-called same-sex marriage. She is wrong and the silent majority needs to speak up and let her know!
