Action Alert – A Date Which Will Live in Infamy
Eighty years ago today the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor took place. No one expected the Japanese to travel almost 4,000 miles to attack the Naval base in Hawaii. The next day President Franklin Roosevelt went to Congress requesting a declaration of war against Japan- drawing us into WWII.

Action Alert – OSHA and Vaccine Mandates — Leave Your Comment
The law creating OSHA does not give it the authority to require employers to mandate vaccines on their employees. Is this yet another example of an overreaching federal government. The good news is that a temporary stay has been issued by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and OSHA has currently suspended enforcement of the mandate. Do you have an opinion on this issue? Then let OSHA know as they are taking public comment until December 6th.
