Religion has been kicked out of the public school . . . or has it? We know for sure, at least one religion has been kicked out and that is Christianity. However, we see religions such as Islam being promoted in some schools as they teach the seven pillars of Islam and other Islamic teachings. But Islam is not the only religion being promoted in some schools, maybe not promoted as openly, but it has direct ties to religion which the courts say is a big no — no. This will be a two-part program — giving some of the background in the first program and getting into more details, concerns and dangers with the second.

It is election time again with May 18th being primary election day. On that day we will be given the opportunity to choose the candidates that will appear on the General Election ballot. Among other races, we will be voting on a PA Supreme Court Judge – PA is one of the few states left that allow its citizens to elect judges. BUT many ask whether Christians should be involved in politics. Should we? Are we expected to get involved in something as dirty as politics, or at least viewed dirty?

Action Alert – National Police Week

National Police Week of May 9-15. We currently live in a nation where its leaders are not concerned about law and order. Police officers are under attack and too many of those in power are leading the attacks! Law and order must be restored. We acknowledge there are a ‘few bad apples,’ as in any profession, but as long as members of our law enforcement do their job properly, we have their backs.
