Governor Wolf’s Attacks on Girls and Women Continues
(Harrisburg) PA Governor Tom Wolf, a former Planned Parenthood escort, continues his efforts in attacking women. It was not enough to escort Pennsylvania women into an abortion facility; he’s gone beyond that! The American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA), a statewide advocacy group, condemns Governor Wolf’s actions as he follows in lock step with his political party.
“The PA legislature passed a commonsense bill to protect women’s sports. HB 972, the Protect Women’s Sports Act, would have required students play on the teams that coincide with their biological sex. Seems like all Democrats are opposed to protecting women’s sports and Governor Wolf is another one who is ignoring the science that females and males are different! Looking at UPenn’s “Lia” Thomas, who is a biological male who decided to identify as female to swim on their women’s swim team, is a perfect example of what happens to women’s sports when a male is permitted to compete He has destroyed all previous women’s swimming records and Democrats think this is fair? It is totally unfair, but that is being ignored by a particular political party”, commented Diane Gramley, president of the AFA of PA.
Wolf’s veto of the Protect Women’s Sports Act was on Friday, July 8th; then on Tuesday, July 12th, he issued an executive order essentially making PA an abortion sanctuary state! The executive order will ensure out of state residents can enter PA for an abortion.
Governor Wolf said in a statement when issuing the executive order, “Here in Pennsylvania, I will not stand for this attack on women and pregnant people.”
“Okay, so not only is Governor Wolf declaring PA is an abortion sanctuary state, but he too refuses to acknowledge that only women can get pregnant and have babies. I wonder how many men he took into the abortion facility for an abortion, when he was an escort? The answer: none! Governor Wolf is ignoring the science and ignoring the dangers his policies present to women, not only Pennsylvania women but now that danger has been extended beyond our borders. Perhaps he should retake Biology 101,” responded Gramley.
