Action Alert – Ask the PA Legislature to Reclaim its Constitutional Authority

The Constitution lays out the way in which electors are chosen to determine the winner of a presidential race — not the media, not the Governor, not the state’s Secretary of State, not the state’s Attorney General — the legislature is given that power. As a result of the overwhelming evidence presented at the Gettysburg hearing, members of the PA General Assembly began circulating co-sponsorship memos in both the House and Senate for a joint resolution declaring the results of the 2020 General Election to be in dispute. The process of electing the President through a vote of electors was designed to guard against domestic political corruption and the threat posed by foreign government that might seek to influence the selection of our President.
