Down Syndrome Bill in State Senate

Details

HB 321, the bill to ban abortions due to a pre-natal Down Syndrome diagnosis, passed in the State House by a vote of 117-76 on May 14, 2019.  It was referred to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee and awaits action.

The bill needs to be moved out of this committee and presented to the full Senate for a vote.
