1.) Senator Doug Mastriano plans to send subpoenas into Philadelphia, Tioga and York counties as they reject efforts to cooperate with committee on election integrity.
2.) Beginning this school year all Philadelphia School District buildings will have gender-neutral bathrooms.
3.) Philly Councilwoman Helen Gym wants all Philadelphia charter schools to be forced to follow same transgender policies as Philadelphia School District.
4.) PA Department of Education says critical race theory (CRT) will not be part of state required curriculum, but school districts are ‘encouraged’ to go forward with “diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.” NOTE: “equity” is a CRT buzzword!

1.) A federal appeals court found that the University of Iowa violated the free speech rights of Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.
2.) A Minnesota law firm has filed complaints and lawsuits for opponents of CRT who have been attacked, demoted, demonized and even fired for their opposition.
3.) US Senate unanimously confirms one lesbian and one transgender for posts in the Department of Defense.
4.) President Biden has appointed more than 200 individuals who identify as LGBTQ to his administration.
5.) A federal court blocks West Virginia law banning biological males from playing on girls’ sports teams.
6.) Arkansas law prohibiting doctors from providing or referring gender confused minors to receive puberty blockers, cross sex hormones or mutilating surgeries blocked by federal court.
