1.) A civil rights complaint has been filed against Dick’s Sporting Goods for funding employee abortions, but not childcare.

2.) “Lia” Thomas has been nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award.

3.) Governor Wolf has signed into law a bill that bans third party entities from offering money to county election operations.

4.) Chester County mom sues Greater Valley School District for exposing her son to sexually explicit materials in the school library.

5.) PA Legislature has passed five constitutional amendments. They must pass a second time in the next legislative session, before the voters get to vote on them.

A Nonbinary People’s Day Celebration is coming to Philly’s Clark Park.

Pittsburgh City Council unanimously passed bills that would “protect” abortion access.
