Action Alert – Sign the Petition Opposing Men in Women’s Bathrooms

Pennsylvania has its own “Equality Act” in the guise of fairness. HB 1404 has been introduced and is now in the House State Government Committee, chaired by Garth Everett. This dangerous bill would add ‘sexual orientation and gender identity or expression’ to the PA Human Relations Act impacting employee, housing and public accommodations. It would force open all public bathrooms in the Commonwealth; it would force employers with four or more employees to allow men who think they are women to dress as women; there is no religious exemption. This bill should be very concerning to all Pennsylvanians!
