NYT writer Nikole Hannah-Jones won a Pulitzer Prize for The 1619 Project, so it must be a great work — right?? Oprah Winfrey and Lionsgate Media are teaming up with the New York Times to bring “The 1619 Project” to film and TV. Winfrey is reported to be the producer. More evidence that it’s great, right?? The 1619 Project, which was introduced about a year ago, has wormed its way into school curricula, books, and a popular podcast, among other platforms. Schools are opening across Pennsylvania and with it comes the dangers — not necessarily of COVID, but of the easy access to online porn. Even school-issued Chromebooks and online databases are not safe! Parents must become knowledgeable about how to protect their child from online predators and others who seek to steal their child’s innocence.

With a 5 to 1 vote Shippensburg Boro Council has voted to discriminate against the majority of its residents by passing a homosexual special rights ordinance which, beginning on January 1, 2021, will impact employment, housing and public accommodations.

Governor Wolf refuses to acknowledge it was his orders that all businesses he deemed non-life sustaining be closed down for weeks on end. Then when he said they could open, he placed many restrictions on them — many of which still are in place, especially for eating establishments. His answer: legalize recreational marijuana to help out!
