On Jun 15th six of the US Supreme Court Justices told God He was wrong to just recognize two sexes, He was also wrong to not recognize that some people are just born gay. And, to them, it was apparent that the writers of Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964 just didn’t’ understand what the word sex meant either, so those six stepped out of their judges’ robes and put on the mantle of legislator and “helped out” God and those 1964 legislators to understand the real world! Allegheny County- Bill to Protect Minors from Harmful Therapy in Committee

The Allegheny County Health and Human Services Committee will be discussing the Harmful Therapy Ban this afternoon at 4:00 p.m. This bill would ban harmful therapy such as electroshock, penetrating fingers with needles, forced vomiting, slapping, hitting, punching or any other physical contact between a mental health professional and a minor or another client/patient. The ordinance would also protect the free speech rights of mental health professionals as they aid minor clients in attaining their self-determined objectives.
