Students in today’s public schools are taught revised history – history that rewrites Christopher Columbus’ discovery of America, the first settlers in what would become the United States – why were they here, what did they do except burn witches at the stake or hang them during the Salem witch trials? They, of course, are portrayed as the first Bible thumpers. Revised history to taint the students’ view of America and her history is not only a disservice to the students, but a danger to the nation.
