Apparently Governor Wolf has given up on the legislature passing a homosexual special rights bill, so the PA Human Relations Commission is seeking to change the definition of “sex” to include “sex stereotyping.” If its proposal is approved, they will use the new criteria to conduct their investigation and simply bypass the People’s elected legislators!

Homosexual activists and their ally in the PA governor’s mansion are getting impatient with the legislature, which has correctly not extended special rights to homosexuals/transgenders by passing laws which would add ‘sexual orientation and gender identity or expression’ to the PA Human Relations Act. However, Governor Wolf through the PA Human Relations Commission seeks to make those changes simply by changing the definition of the word ‘sex’ within the laws the commission oversees!

Apparently, some city and borough councils and township supervisors within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania do not understand the ramifications of adding ‘sexual orientation and gender identity or expression’ to their anti-discrimination ordinances. They’re being led to believe, by the proponents of this change, that it is all about stopping discrimination and will bring economic boom to their community.
