There have been temporary victories in both the State House and State Senate in regards to HB 1510 and SB 974/SB 1306/SB 1307. No action was taken on the Discharge Resolution nor were any committee votes held this week!

Yesterday a discharge petition was filed to remove HB 1510 – the Bathroom Bill — from the House State Government Committee. This is an attempt to work around the legislative process and force the bill directly to the floor of the House without committee hearings, etc.! PA homosexual activists, helped by the well-funded DC-based Human Rights Campaign, are working feverishly to get this bill on Governor Wolf’s desk.
