Agenda to Silence All Who Voice an Opposing View

(Harrisburg) — Almost on a daily basis now those who are pushing the normalization of homosexuality show their hand — all opposing views must be silenced.  The latest example is the forced resignation of Brendan Eich, newly named CEO and co-founder of Mozilla.   For many years, the American Family Association of Pennsylvania (AFA of PA) has warned of the efforts by homosexual activists to silence those who do not agree with their push for so-called same-sex marriage and special rights under the law.

“Homosexual activists are becoming louder and more demanding in their efforts to kill the First Amendment in this nation.  The death of the First Amendment will alter how America operates and who America is.  Boycotting a corporation such as Home Depot because of  its anti-family policies and donations is completely different from boycotting a corporation because of the personal beliefs of a CEO as OkCupid demanded its users do.  The First Amendment  right of free speech and the freedom to debate contentious issues is fundamental to being an American,” Diane Gramley, president of the AFA of PA remarked.

Eich’s “crime” was that he had donated $1000 to the Prop 8 effort in California to define marriage as only between one man and one woman.  The donation, made six years ago, was already public knowledge.  However, his promotion to CEO was enough to cause those who scream for tolerance the loudest to show the least tolerance towards someone with a different view on marriage.

Before his resignation, Eich pointed out  that he had kept his personal beliefs out of Mozilla and that they were not relevant to his job as CEO.  But, apparently, keeping  his personal beliefs personal, was not good enough for homosexual activists demanding total surrender of all opposing views.  Even Eich’s post on his blog was not enough to appease those seeking his resignation:   “I am committed to ensuring that Mozilla is, and will remain, a place that includes and supports everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, ethnicity, economic status, or religion.”

Homosexual activist Andrew Sullivan recognizes the danger just displayed by his fellow activists:

“The guy who had the gall to express his First Amendment rights and favor Prop 8 in California by donating $1,000 has just been scalped by some gay activists….Will he now be forced to walk through the streets in shame? Why not the stocks? The whole episode disgusts me—as it should disgust anyone interested in a tolerant and diverse society. If this is the gay rights movement today—hounding our opponents with a fanaticism more like the religious right than anyone else—then count me out. ”

Gramley concluded, “All with eyes to see should be able to recognize what just happened to the co-founder of Mozilla.  He was not even permitted to keep the top job in his own company because he supports natural one man one woman marriage.  Because of a mere $1000 donation made six years ago, Brendan Eich was not permitted to keep his job.  Homosexual activists want total submission to their radical agenda and all those offering a different view, even privately, will be hounded out of their livelihoods.  Who are the real bigots and name callers in this effort to remake America? ”

Conclusion:  Homosexual activists do not want to be treated equally — they want special treatment and special rights.
