H.B.118, the Unborn Child Dignity Act requires the bodies of children killed by abortion or lost by miscarriage to be treated in the same manner as born children who die, i.e., by burial or cremation. This Bill ends the practice of treating the bodies of these children as “medical waste.” It has been voted out of the State House and currently sits in the Senate Committee on Health and Human Services.
HB 904, the Heartbeat bill remains in the State House. This bill would ban the killing of children in the womb by abortion once the child’s heartbeat is detectable except to prevent the death of the mother. This bill needs to be voted out of the State House!
