On Wednesday, the US House passed:
- HR 26 – Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act by a vote of 220 to 210 with one Democrat Henry Cuellar (TX) voting with all the GOP;
- H Con Res 3 – Expressing the sense of Congress condemning the recent attacks on pro-life facilities, groups, and churches – passed by a vote of 222 to 209 with three Democrats – Vincente Gonzalez (TX), Chrissy Houlahan (PA), Marie Perez (WA – joining all the GOP.
