Remaining Session Days in the State House and State Senate
This legislative session is quickly winding down with only one non-voting day and eight voting days left in the State House. October 13th is the non-voting day with the voting days being October 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26 and November 14 and 15. The State Senate’s voting days are seven — the same ones in October as in the House and November 16th.
Both the House and Senate will be back in session at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 17.
Here are some bills that are still before the House and Senate
HB 1948 — a ban on dismemberment abortions (has passed in the House and awaits further action in the State Senate)
