Action Alert: Homosexual Activists Target Congressman Pitts

Recently Congressman Joe Pitts (R-16) was asked for a response to the “aggressive anti-LGBT policies and actions of Chick-Fil-A and statements made by its president.” Admirably, and to the dismay of homosexual activists, Congressman Pitts came to the defense of Chick-fil-A’s president Dan Cathy. The homosexual group Equality PA believes this shows Congressman Pitts is out of touch with reality and is an embarrassment to Pennsylvania! So, they have started a petition demanding that the Congressman publicly apologize for his “hurtful” remarks.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which has a history of pushing the normalization of homosexuality on school children and intimidating concerned parents,has declared October 30 as “Mix It Up Day.” This is a day very similar to the ‘Gay Day of Silence,’ which is held in April each year. Students, teachers or administrators can go the SPLC website to sign their school up as being a participant and then the SPLC can claim the entire student population is participating! However, many school administrators receiving calls from concerned parents and taxpayers are very surprised to be told that their school is listed on the SPLC website! C

News Release- Freedom From Religion Foundation Reveals True Motive

In recent weeks the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) has filed lawsuits in US District Court against two western Pennsylvania school districts demanding that they remove Ten Commandment monuments from school property. In the lawsuit against the Connellsville School District they are also demanding that a neighboring church not be permitted to move the Ten Commandments to their property because a student may see it while they are on school property.

in January of this year, Obama again used recess appointments to the NLRB. Democrats Richard Griffin and Sharon Block are very pro-union. Griffin is an attorney for the Operating Engineers; Sharon Block worked for the Department of Labor and previously for members of Congress. Additionally, Obama had nominated these two individuals just TWO days before the Senate was scheduled to adjourn. Neither has gone through a single confirmation hearing or a single day of debate before the President used his recess appointment power!!
