Issues  (check corresponding number in ‘Details’ and ‘Action’ Sections)

1.)    Ask Governor Corbett to Stop the Flow of Cash!

2.)    Thank Congressmen Critz, Kelly and Pitts

1.)     April 25th through May 1st Equality Forum will  hold its annual event of pro-homosexual parties, dinners, panels, rallies and speakers.  Click here for the list of sponsors.  The State of Pennsylvania is one of the sponsors – specifically the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).  We know that Equality Forum received $185,000 in government grants during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010; we have put in a Right to Know Request to DCED for additional information.  (Between July 1, 2003 and June 30, 2007, they received $275,000 in Pennsylvania taxpayer dollars from the DCED!)

2.)    Thank you to all who contacted your Congressman and Senators Casey and Toomey asking them to sign onto the letter to Attorney General Eric Holder asking that he vigorously enforce federal obscenity laws.  Unfortunately, when the letter was delivered to AG Holder yesterday with the names of over 100 Senators and Congressmen, the names of only THREE of our nineteen Congressmen and neither of our US Senators were on it!  Click here to read the signed letter from the Senate.

Action Steps

1.) Express your concern to Governor Corbett about the expenditure of taxpayer dollars to promote homosexuality, the distortion of religion, the redefinition of marriage and family.  As the Commonwealth faces an economic crisis, we cannot afford to continue funding anti-family organizations in the name of “economic development.”  Click here to contact the Governor.

2.) Thank Congressman Mark Critz,  Congressman Mike Kelly,  and Congressman Joe Pitts for signing onto the letter to Attorney General Holder to protect our nation from the scourge of pornography.
