Today is the Day — Support the Boy Scouts!

Details

Today is the expected vote on the Boy Scouts’ policy banning homosexual leaders and members.  If you have not called them yet, please take a few minutes and voice your opinion on the proposed national policy change to lift the ban on homosexual leaders and members — leaving the decision up to each individual Scout Council or troop.

The Scouts say this renewed look at the ban is because corporate donations have dropped significantly.  According to the homosexual group “Scouting for All” these corporations have already stopped donating to the Scouts:  IBM, Levi Strauss and Company, J.P. Morgan, American Airlines, Medtronic, Portland General Gas and Electric, Hewlett Packard, Textron, Fleet Bank, CVS/Pharmacy Stores and Carrier Corp.  Since September Intel, UPS and Merck have joined these ranks.

Click here to listen to my interview with Robert Knight, Senior Fellow with the American Civil Rights Union and Washington Times columnist, as we discuss the reasons why these corporations are giving into pressure from homosexual activists.  Read Bob’s most recent article on the Boy Scout issue here.
